矿井煤质智能化管理系统研究与应用

摘    要:为了解决当前煤质管理过程中传统统计煤质数据工作中出现的人工传递手段落后、工作效率低等问题,研究和设计开发了矿井煤质智能化管理系统。系统采用3层B/S体系结构,与传统C/S体系结构相比较,具有易维护、易扩展的优势。在通信层面,利用中间件OPC技术提供一个统一的接口规范,屏蔽数据库结构、通信方式、通信接口、通信协议的差异,实现各个异构子系统数据库之间的相互通信。在数据库访问层面,通过JDBC技术提供统一访问接口,屏蔽底层数据库的变化。运行结果表明,该系统能够实时、准确地为矿井各部门传递、分析所需煤质数据,提供煤质信息的实时共享,实现了煤质数据管理的智能化。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of backward manual transmission means and low work efficiency in the traditional statistics of coal quality data in the process of current coal quality management,the intelligent management system of coal quality in coal mine was researched and developed.The system adopted 3-tier B/S architecture,compared with the traditional C/S architecture,it was easy to maintain and expand.At the communication level,the middleware OPC technology was used to provide a unified interface specification to shield the differences of database structure,communication mode,communication interface and communication protocol,so as to realize the mutual communication between heterogeneous subsystem databases.In the database access level,JDBC technology provided a unified access interface to shield the changes of the underlying database.The operation results showed that the system can transmit and analyze the required coal quality data for all departments of the mine in real time and accurately,to provide real-time sharing of coal quality information,and realized the intelligent management of coal quality data.
