孤岛工作面小煤柱沿空掘巷施工技术优化与实践

摘    要:为解决孤岛工作面回采巷道掘进施工期间瓦斯治理、巷道支护维护、灾害治理等难题,针对孤岛工作面沿空掘巷技术特点,通过理论分析,并结合矿井以往的施工经验,确定留设2 m小煤柱沿空掘巷的优化施工方案,并在此基础上开展运输设备优化、主动被动支护结合、巷内刚性巷及巷旁柔性支护联合支护体系。在陈四楼煤矿2515回采巷道施工中的成功实践,为同等地质条件下的孤岛工作面回采巷道的安全高效掘进提供依据。

Abstract:In order to solve the island working face mining roadway tunneling construction during gas treatment,roadway maintenance,disaster management and other problems,according to the characteristics of isolated working face goaf roadway,through theoretical analysis,combined with the construction experience of mine in the past,decided to keep the construction scheme optimization design of 2 m small coal pillar along goaf,carrying out optimization of transportation equipment,combination of active and passive supporting,combined supporting of rigid roadway and flexible supporting in roadway.The successful practice in the construction of 2515 mining roadway in Chensilou Coal Mine provides a basis for safe and efficient tunneling under the same geological conditions.
