钻孔无线摄影仪的研究

摘    要:针对有线钻孔摄影仪在实际应用中无法对水平钻孔或仰角孔进行测量以及使用不便等问题,提出了钻孔无线摄影仪,并论述了其组成及工作原理,介绍了探头单元的硬件电路设计和软件编程、主机单元的硬件电路设计和软件编程,详细论述了以STM32F4单片机为核心、通过图像采集OV7670摄像头模块,将采集图片存储在探头中,通过主机进行图像的取舍,并通过TFT液晶显示屏将图像显示出来,从而完成无线摄影过程。实验结果表明,以无线方式设计的钻孔摄影仪,能全方位进行钻孔摄影,直观快速地观测井下状况,为矿井工程设计及施工提供了可靠数据,其使用方便、适用范围广。

Abstract:In allusion to the problem that the wired drilling camera can not measure the horizontal drilling or elevation hole in the practical application and the inconvenience of the use,to propose the composition and working principle of the drilling wireless camera and to introduce the hardware circuit design and software programming of the probe unit,the hardware circuit design and software programming of the host unit.This device took the STM32F4 single chip microcomputer as the core,through the image acquisition OV7670 camera module,the collected images were stored in the probe.Through the host for image selection,the TFT LCD screen displayed the image to complete the wireless photography process.The experimental results showed that the wireless drilling camera for photography can rapid observe the underground conditions for mine engineering design,construction provided reliable data and it was easy to be used and which has a wide application.
