摘    要:针对现有矿用多参数气体检测设备只能单向上传检测数据,无法获取瓦斯抽放管网中其余监测点检测数据,缺乏自动对比分析能力的问题,设计研制了一种基于WiFi信息获取的以嵌入式微控制器为核心的瓦斯抽放管道气体多参数便携式测定仪。该仪器能自动检测瓦斯抽放管网中气体的温度、压力、体积浓度(CH4、CO、CO2、O2),并根据节流件产生的差压信号计算气体流量。同时,利用WiFi无线通信,仪器能自动获取管网中其余监测点的检测数据并与当前检测结果进行对比分析,提高了各监测点检测结果的可靠性,且能及时发现瓦斯抽放管网中的异常节点,大大提升了瓦斯抽放管网的运行、维护效率。

Abstract:In view of problem that existing mine-used multi-parameter gas detection equipment can only upload the detected data undirectionally,unable to obtain the detected data of other monitoring points in gas drainage pipe network,lack of capabilities to automatic contrast analysis,a portable multi-parameter gas detector that embedded microcontroller was selected as the core was developed for gas drainage pipelines based on WiFi information acquisition.The detector can automatically detect the gas temperature,pressure,volume concentration(CH4,CO,CO2,O2) in gas drainage pipe network,and calculate gas flow according to the differential pressure signal produced by the throttling parts.At the same time,using WiFi wireless communication,the detector can automatically obtain the detected data of other monitoring points in the pipe network to compare and analyze the current detected results.It greatly improved the reliability of the detected results,and can detect the abnormal nodes in the gas drainage pipe network timely,which greatly improved the operation and maintenance efficiency of the gas drainage pipe network.
