摘    要:为了解决煤矿巷道爆破掘进过程中传统爆破出现的超挖欠挖以及掘进速度慢等问题,提出了聚能水压光面爆破技术,并针对巷道净宽×净高=4 600 mm×4 100 mm的断面进行了现场实地应用,取得了良好效果。为了使聚能水压光面爆破技术在不同巷道断面得到应用,通过优化炮眼布置参数及装药结构,提出了多楔形炮眼布置,即三竖一回拱炮眼布置法,同时配合聚能水压光面爆破技术,形成了多楔形聚能水压光面爆破新技术。该技术打破了常规光面爆破技术条件的约束,实现了少打眼少装药,提高了单炮进度且光爆效果好,达到了节能降耗快速掘进的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of overdug under excavation in traditional blasting and slow driving speed during the process of blasting excavation in coal mine tunnel,this paper put forward the technology of concentrated water pressure surface blasting and field application on the section of net width and net height= 4 600 mm×4 100 mm,and has achieved success.In order to make the technology of water pressure surface blasting applied in different roadway sections,by optimizing the parameters of the hole arrangement and the structure of charge,a multi wedge hole arrangement was put forward,that was,three vertical and one back arching hole arrangement method.At the same time,the new technology of multi wedge shaped concentrated water pressure surface blasting was formed.The technology breaks the constraints of the conventional smooth surface blasting technical conditions,realizes the less charging and less charge,improves the progress,and the effect of light explosion is good,achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and fast driving.
