新建选煤厂脱水系统自动化改造

摘    要:为了提高新建选煤厂的脱水效率,提出了新建选煤厂脱水系统自动化改造研究。根据新建选煤厂脱水系统供电原理,设计了新建选煤厂脱水系统的供电结构,在选煤厂原有脱水机的基础上,对新建选煤厂离心脱水机进行改进设计,完成系统硬件的自动化改造;在系统软件的自动化改造中,依据流量计安装示意图,监测了煤泥水的入料流量,通过优化设计新建选煤厂底流站程序,实现了新建选煤厂脱水系统的自动化改造。实例分析结果表明,经过自动化改造后的脱水系统在原煤脱水过程中,可以将煤泥入料阶段、渗透膨胀阶段和脱水阶段的脱水效率提高到80%以上。

Abstract:In order to improve the dehydration efficiency of the newly built coal preparation plant,the research on the automatic transformation of the dehydration system of the newly built coal preparation plant has been put forward.According to the power supply principle of the dehydration system of the newly built coal preparation plant,the power supply structure of the dehydration system of the new coal preparation plant was designed.On the basis of the original dehydrator of the coal preparation plant,the centrifugal dehydrator of the newly built coal preparation plant was improved and designed,and the automation transformation of the system hardware was completed.In the automatic transformation of the system software,the feed flow of slime water was monitored according to the installation diagram of the flowmeter.The automatic transformation of the dewatering system of the newly built coal preparation plant was realized by optimizing the design of the underflow station program of the newly built coal preparation plant.The results of case analysis show that the dehydration efficiency of slime feeding stage,osmotic expansion stage and dehydration stage can be increased to more than 80% in the process of raw coal dehydration by the automated dehydration system.
