大倾角煤层覆岩断裂高度影响因素的数值分析

摘    要: 基于对大倾角煤层开采特点的分析,认为在工作面长度一定的条件下,煤层倾角、顶板岩层强度、开采高度是大倾角煤层开采顶板断裂高度的主要影响因素。对上述影响因素进行正交试验,对模拟结果进行单因素极差分析与多元线性回归分析,得出各因素对断裂高度的影响程度,依次为:岩层倾角>顶板岩层强度>采煤高度,得出大倾角煤层开采顶板断裂高度的回归公式。最后用回归公式与相似模拟实验数据进行对比验证,表明数值模拟结果的合理性。

Numerical Analysis on Influencing Factors of Fractured Zone Height in Steeply Dipping Seam Mining
Abstract:Base on the analysis of the feature of steeply dipping seam mining, thought that the coal seam dip angle, roof rock strength and mining height are the main influencing factors of fractured zone height under a certain working face length condition in steeply dipping seam mining. After orthogonal experiments to the above influencing factors,the single factor range analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis of the numerical simulation results were shown. The single factor range analysis shown influence degree: the coal seam dip angle>roof rock strength>mining height. The regression formula to the fractured zone height in steeply dipping seam mining was obtained. Finally, the numerical simulation results are rational though contrasting the simulation experiment data.
