大倾角、复杂地质条件下综采工作面不等长调斜开采实践

摘    要: 针对综采工作面在大倾角、不等长、双坡度等复杂地质条件下的调斜开采,通过对常规综采工作面调斜关键技术参数分析比较,优化并最终确定了调斜方案,即采取合理对机巷刷上帮的方式,将一次集中调斜调整为两次分步骤调斜开采。实践证明该方案成功的解决了大倾角、双坡度复杂地质条件下工作面频繁加架、运输机搭接、不等长调斜等诸多难题。研究成果对复杂地质条件下综采工作面调斜方案的优化选择有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Aiming at adjustable inclined mining at fully-mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions such as large inclination, unequal length and double-slope, this paper determines an adjustable inclined program, that is, the substitution of two stages of adjustable inclined mining for that kind of mining at a time through caving wall reasonably, by analyzing the normal technical parameters of fully-mechanized mining face. It is proved that this program has solved such difficult problems of adding support frequently, conveyer overlapping and unequal length adjustable inclined mining, which can be used to guide the optimization of adjustable inclined mining program.
