摘    要:为了提高煤矿开采中采煤机调高的控制精度,提出了一种基于改进的人工鱼群算法采煤机滚筒调高控制的策略。在传统的人工鱼群算法的基础上,引入步长递减和视野变化的策略,以ITAE的倒数作为目标函数寻优计算得到PID控制器的参数。通过采煤机调高系统的传递函数搭建Simulink仿真模型,和模拟退火算法、粒子群算法进行对比,结果表明改进后的人工鱼群算法误差更小,控制精度更准确,系统的阶跃响应更平滑,为实现更为精准的采煤机调高控制提供一种新的方法,为煤炭的高效生产提供依据。

Improved artificial fish swarm algorithm for high control strategy of Shearer
Abstract:In order to improve the control precision of coal shearer in coal mining, a strategy based on improved artificial fish swarm algorithm for high control of Shearer drum drum is proposed. On the basis of the traditional artificial fish swarm algorithm, the strategy of step decreasing and field of view change is introduced, and the parameters of PID controller are obtained by using the inverse of ITAE as the objective function optimization. The Simulink simulation model is constructed by the transfer function of the high-speed shearer system, and compared with the simulated annealing algorithm and particle swarm algorithm, the results show that the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm has less error, more accurate control accuracy and smoother step response of the system, which provides a new method for achieving more accurate control of the shearer. It provides the basis for the efficient production of coal.
