近距离采空区下大采高综采面矿压演化规律研究

摘    要: 为了研究近距离煤层上覆煤层已采对下覆煤层开采时支承压力的影响,基于潘二煤矿18516工作面矿压实测结果,运用FLAC3D大型非线性三维数值模拟软件,从围岩应力场分布角度对上覆已采煤层对18516工作面作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,煤柱下支架来压时最大循环末阻力大于采空区下支架载荷。煤柱下部周期来压时最大循环末阻力小于初次来压时的载荷;采空区下,周期来压时最大循环末阻力略小于初次来压时的载荷,相差不大。采空区影响区域,6煤采空区上方应力呈“鞍”形等值线分布,煤柱影响区域,6煤采空区上方应力呈“拱”形等值线分布。煤柱下的支承压力应力集中系数达到4.6~4.67,是采空区下方应力集中系数的3.5倍,受煤柱高支承压力的影响,工作面开采此位置时的危险程度较高,更易产生片帮、漏顶现象。

Abstract:In order to study the mined upper seam affected to the support pressure during the lower seam mining with a short distance to the upper seam,base on the mine pressure measured results of No.18516 coal mining face in Panji No.2 Mine,a FLAC3D large nonlinear 3D numerical simulation software was applied to analyze the functional mechanism of the mine upper seam to No.18516 coal mining face from the stress field distribution of the surrounding rock.The results showed that the max circulated end resistance of the powered support under the upper seam coal pillar during the mine strata pressurized would be higher than the load of the powered support under the upper seam goaf.The max circulated end resistance under the upper seam coal pillar during the mine strata periodically pressurized would be smaller than the load of the mine strata initial pressure.Under the upper seam goaf,the max circulated end resistance during the mine strata periodical pressure would be smaller than the load of the mine strata initial pressure and there was no big difference to each other.In the influence area of the goaf,the upper stress in the mining goaf of No.6 seam would be in a "saddle" type isoline distribution.In the coal pillar influence area,the upper stress in the mining goaf of No.6 seam would be in an "arch" type isoline distribution.The stress concentration coefficient of the support pressure under the upper coal pillar would reach at 4.6~4.67 and would be 3.5 times higher than the stress concentration coefficient under the upper goaf.With the influence of the high support pressure under the upper coal pillar,the coal mining at this location of the coal mining face would be higher in danger and the spalling and roof falling phenomenon would be occurred easily.
