摘    要:采场液流系统的研究是就地浸出的关键技术之一。本文介绍了寿王坟铜矿空区存窿矿石液流系统模拟试验方法与内容,从36组实验取得的大量数据中得出布液强度与底部收液率、侧向渗漏量、渗流速度及扩散半径的关系。建议在工业试验中宜采用滴灌喷淋布液方式,布液制度采用40min/h,布液强度8~10L/(m2·h),布液孔距1 2~2 0m。模拟实验结果为工业化浸出生产提供了设计依据。

Abstract:The liquid flow system of a stope is a key for stope leaching.This paper deals with the method and content of simulation experiment on liquid flow system for leaching of stored ore in Shouwangfen Copper Mine.The relations of solution distribution rate to collecting rate at stope bottom,side seepage rate,percolation rate and diffusion radius are obtained based on a lot of data from 36 sets of experiment.It is recommend that the spray distribution system with a spray interval of 40 minutes per hour,a distribution rate of 8~10L/(m~2·h) and a hole space of 1.2~2.0m should be used in commercial tests.The simulation results provide a basis for stope leaching design in full-scale production.
