粗颗粒浮选机的研制与应用

摘    要:粗颗粒浮选机是一种既能选别常规粒级、又能选别较粗粒级的全粒级充气机械搅拌式浮选机,特别适用于选别含有粗粒级的有色、黑色、非金属矿物,对一般硫化矿物的入选粒度上限可达04mm(35%-0074mm),该机的特征和技术关键在于采用了新式叶轮—定子系统、独特的槽体结构和产生悬浮层的格子板,在它们的联合作用下获得了叶轮在低转速下粗粒矿物在槽体中部的悬浮层和细粒矿物经两侧至槽体底部的流体大循环,使深槽浮选机浅槽化,创造了粗、细粒矿物向气泡附着及良好的升浮条件,从而解决了粗粒矿物浮选易沉槽和不易获得较高选别指标的技术难题。

Abstract:Coarse particle flotation cell is a kind of pneumo mechanical flotation machine capable of treating full range of fractions from normal size to coarse one It is especially suitable for processing nonferrous,ferrous an non metallic minerals containing coarse fractions Its upper limit for sulfides feed may reach 0 4mm(35% 0 074mm) The features and key techniques of such cell lie in a specially developed new impeller stator system,a unique cell design and a grate for creating suspension layer Under their combined effect at the low rotation speed of impeller a suspension layer of coarse fractions is created in the middle of the cell with a large flow circulation of fine fractions through both sides down to the cell bottom,enabling a deep cell to be constructed more shallow In this way both coarse and fine particles can attach to air bubbles and good conditions are formed for particles floating,thus solving the thorny problem of ready settling of coarse mineral particles during flotation and their poor recovery
