摘    要:针对一种含钒、钼的废催化剂,进行了碱式焙烧-水浸的实验研究。研究结果表明,碱式焙烧-水浸的最优条件为:焙烧温度700°C、碳酸钠添加量40%、焙烧时间120 min、浸出温度90°C、固液比0.20 g.mL-1、浸出时间90 min和搅拌速度400 r.min-1。进行三种不同方法的对比实验研究:碱式焙烧-水浸工艺;氧化焙烧-碱浸工艺;常压碱浸工艺。处理含钒、钼的废催化剂,最佳的工艺为碱式焙烧-水浸工艺,此时,钒和钼的浸出率分别可以达到97.61%和97.33%。

Abstract:The study of alkaline roasting-water leaching of the spent catalyst containing vanadium and molybdenum has been investigated. The results showed that the optimized parameters of the alkaline roasting-water leaching are as follow: roasting temperature of 700°C, addition of Na2CO3 of 40%(mNa2CO3/(mNa2CO3 mraw ore), roasting time of 120 min, leaching temperature of 90°C, solid-liquid ratio of 0.20 g.mL-1, leaching time of 90 min and stirring speed of 400 r.min-1. The comparative experimental study of three different methods (alkaline roasting-water leaching, oxidizing roasting-alkaline leaching and atmospheric pressure alkaline leaching) has been investigated. The best method of treatment of the spent catalyst containing vanadium and molybdenum is the process of alkaline roasting-water leaching. The recoveries of vanadium and molybdenum are 97.61% and 97.33%, respectively.
