摘    要:针对某铅锌尾矿嵌布粒度细、氧化程度高、泥化严重的问题,进行了一系列浮选试验研究.采用硫化混合浮选的工艺流程,经过一粗五精三扫浮选,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm含量占95%条件下,选取最优参数进行闭路实验,最终获得铅品位15.05%、回收率为34.31%,锌品位39.23%、回收率为49.82%的铅锌混合精矿.

Abstract:A series of flotation test were carried out on the lead and zinc tailings with fine particle size, high oxidation and serious modification. When the grinding fineness of -0.074mm accounts for 95%, the optimal parameters are selected for two roughing, four cleanings and three scavenging closed-circuit sulfide-mixed flotation experiment. The mixed concentrate lead and zinc containing lead grade of 15.05%, zinc grade of 39.23%, lead recovery of 34.31% and zinc recovery of 49.82% was obtained.
