基于OPC通信技术的空压机站监控网络研究

摘    要:为实现螺杆式空压机与调度室PC间的数据通信,分析了OPC技术及其数据采集基本原理,提出了基于OPC技术的空压机监控网络架构。建立了三层架构的空压机站监控网络,对现场硬件I/O进行配置,并利用PC Access及WinCC软件设计,实现了上位机与西门子S7-200 PLC间的数据交互和3台空压机的模拟量数据采集。通过实际现场客户端测试结果表明,该系统通信质量良好,数据传输稳定、可靠。

Abstract:In order to achieve data communication between the screw air compressors and PC in the scheduling room,a monitoring network structure of the air compressors ba sed on OPC technology is proposed.On-site hardware I/O was configured through t he establishment of the three-layer air compressors monitoring and control netwo rk.The data transmission between upper computer and S7-200 PLC is realized and the analog data acquisition system of the compressors is designed by using the s oftware of PC Access and WinCC.Currently,the on-site client tests show that th e communication quality is good and the data transfer is stable and reliable.
