防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车前机架的设计

摘    要:根据矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的性能、外形及操作舒适性的要求,采用驾驶室与主架分体的方法,设计了某型号防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车,对其结构及连接强度进行了分析计算。新型机架性能可靠、外形美观、操作舒适、装配方便,对今后无轨胶轮车的前机架的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:According to the requirements of the performance,shape and operational comfort of the trackless rubber tyred vehicle with mining explosion-proof diesel engines,when designing a trackless rubber tyred vehicle for a certain type of explosion-proof diesel engine,the cab and main frame are separated.And the structure and bonding strength were analyzed.The new frame has been realized with reliable performance,proper appearance,comfortable operation and convenient assembly,which has a certain guiding significance to the future design of the front frame structure for trackless rubber tyred.
