摘    要:应用CAD/CAE软件Pro/E、ANSYS、ADAMS对盾构刀盘进行三维实体建模、虚拟装配、有限元受力分析、动态性能仿真以及建立可视化刀盘库。盾构刀盘虚拟样机试制系统将为我国盾构掘进机刀盘的设计、制造提供崭新的计算机平台。

Abstract:The system for shield cutterhead applies CAD/CAE softwares Pro/E,ANSYS,ADAMS,CAD/CAE to constitute 3D solid models and virtual assembly,finite element analysis,dynamics simulation analysis and building-up visual cutterhead library.The shield cutterhead virtual prototype development system provides new computer platform for developing cutterhead of native shield machine.
