红外瓦斯传感器零点校正及温度补偿分析

摘    要:针对红外瓦斯传感器探头经常受温度变化而影响测量的结果,设计采用了"交互式"的计算方法。在软件程序中实现对传感器的零点校正和温度补偿,使之提高瓦斯浓度检测精度,提高工作环境安全性。实验结果表明,测量准确性大大提高。

Abstract:For the transducer precision is usually not accurate enough due to the transducer probe responded by the change of the temperature,the infrared methane transducer is designed,by using the interactive computational method on the software design to realize to calibrate zero and compensate temperature of the transducer.As a result,it enhances the accuracy of gas concentration detection and improves the security of working field also.The experiment shows that the measurement accuracy is enhanced greatly.
