一种用于胶带运输机的金属探测装置

为优化胶带运输机除铁作业模式,防止“倒刺”现象的发生,研制了一套能够自动检测金属的装置,安装在除铁器之前,以有效保护胶带机安全运行。分别从金属检测模块、信号处理模块、胶带机控制模块及报警模块对该金属探测装置进行介绍,并阐述了具体技术方案和工作方式。该装置从信号检测到处理模块接收报警信号,根据报警信号发出警报及停机,可及时发现胶带运输机带面上有危险的金属件,告知巡查人员及时停机清除,可有效避免事故发生;且整体结构简单,对于实现胶带运输无人化、自动化及智能化,有积极的推动作用。

A metal detection device for belt conveyor

In order to optimize the iron removal mode of belt conveyor and prevent the occurrence of“barb”,a set of automatic metal detection device was developed,which is installed in front of the iron remover to effectively protect the safe operation of belt conveyor.This paper introduces the metal detection device from the metal detection module,signal processing module,belt conveyor control module and alarm module,and expounds the specific technical scheme and working mode.The device can send out an alarm according to the alarm signal,discover the dangerous metal parts on the belt surface of the belt conveyor in time,and inform the patrol personnel to stop the machine and clear them,which can effectively avoid accidents.The overall structure of the device is simple,which has a positive role in promoting the realization of unmanned,automatic and intelligent belt transportation.
