| 摘 要： | 矿山开采中生态破坏的主要原因可分为自然因素和人为因素两大类型，其中，自然因素多是通过自然环境条件中的不利因素加大了对生态环境破坏的程度，而人为因素中，最主要的是矿山开采技术落后和法制管理体制不健全。

| Abstract: | The main causes of ecological destruction by mining activities can be divided into two types:natural factors and artificial factors.Natural factors increase the degree of ecological environmental destruction mainly by unfavourable factors of natural environment,but artificial factors are mainly the poor mining technology and the imperfect legal management system. |
