镍渣微晶玻璃核化及晶化制度的研究

摘    要:以金川镍渣为主要原料采用熔融法制备建筑装饰用微晶玻璃。在成分研究的基础上,通过DSC测试、XRD、SEM和光学显微镜等分析手段,对添加了10wt%TiO2作为晶核剂的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统镍渣微晶玻璃试样的主晶相及微观结构进行了分析,得出了适用于该系统镍渣微晶玻璃的最佳热处理制度。

Abstract:In this paper,the glass-ceramic for ornament was melted by nickel slag from Jinchuan Group,which is the center of nickel in China and produces a lot of smelting slag annually.Based on the study of the composition,the main phase and the microstructure of the glass-ceramics with 10wt% TiO_2 as nucleating agents was analyzed by means of DSC,XRD,SEM and optical microscope.It has been showed that an optimum heat treatment system is suitable for nickel slag glass-ceramic in the CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2(CMAS) system.
