贵州贵定粉石英矿的特征及应用前景

摘    要:石英粉是用途非常广泛的一种非金属矿物资源,本文详细研究了贵州贵定县粉石英矿的化学成分、矿物组成、白度、石英的粒度和形貌特征.结果表明,贵定县粉石英矿天然白度82%,SiO2含量可达98.95%;石英粒度小于5 μm,矿石结构疏松,微孔发育,干法容易加工为超细石英粉,填充塑料PE后,对PE的力学性能起到补强作用.

Abstract:Ultrafme quartz is a non-metallic mineral with extensive use. The chemical composition, mineral composition, whiteness, particle size and morphology characteristic of natural free quartz in Guiding county, Guizhou province, were studied in this paper. The results showed the whiteness was 82%, the content of SiO2 was 98.95%, the particle size was smaller than 51am, the structure of ore was loose, and ore had more micro-hole. The fine quartz easily was processed ultrafine quartz with dry process, and the mechanical properties of PE could be strengthened when it was as filler.
