摘    要:为了解决强采动大断面煤层巷道围岩控制难题,以王庄煤矿9107工作面回采巷道为研究对象,采用现场调查、理论分析和数值计算方法,对回风顺槽变形破坏特征和矿压显现规律分析,揭示强采动大断面煤层巷道围岩失稳机理,提出回采巷道顶板锚杆-锚索、巷帮强力锚杆的协同支护机理和方式,提出优化支护方式、参数,得到回采巷道围岩控制技术.工程实践表明:采用锚杆-锚索耦合支护结构,有效地解决了大断面破碎回采巷道的控制问题.

Abstract:In order to control the surrounding rock in the large section coal seam influenced by strong mining,taking the roadways of 9107 working face in Wangzhuang Mine as the research object,field investigation,theoretical analysis,and numerical calculation were adopted to analyze the deformation and failure characteristics and strata behavior in the return wind gateway.The research revealed the instability mechanism of the surrounding rock in the roadway with strong mining and proposed the cooperation support mechanism with bolt-cable of roof and intensive bolt of walls in the roadways.Finally,the optimization support and parameters were proposed to obtain the surrounding rock control technology.Engineering practice showed that the bolt-cable coupling support structure could effectively solve the control problem of the roadways in the large cross section broken coal seams.
