机尾螺旋滚筒的设计及推广

在煤矿井下,带式输送机机尾滚筒采用刮煤板将输送带残留余煤清理到集泥槽中,通过人工用拉杆将集泥槽中余煤排出。这种清煤方式陈旧、生产效率低下、容易引起安全事故。根据煤矿井下运输的实际情况及要求,将原有机尾滚筒改为左右螺旋缠绕在筒体上,内部改为锥体结构,增加了自动清煤的功能。给煤矿带来了显著的经济、社会效益。
