主成分分析法在煤的自燃倾向性中的应用

摘    要:通过对6种不同变质程度的煤进行煤质分析、元素分析和微观孔隙结构分析,采用多元统计分析法和主成分分析法对多组试验数据进行耦合关联综合分析,确定了煤样水分、挥发分、碳含量、氧含量、孔隙率等主要影响因素在公共性部分的权重,通过对多个参数进行无因次和简化分析,建立多参数耦合数学模型,判定煤的自燃倾向性,避免了实验过程中人为因素造成的实验误差和人为主观臆断,提高了判定结果的准确性并节省了判定时间,为研究煤的自燃倾向性提供基础数据,对判定煤的自燃倾向性有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on analyzing six kinds of coal with different metamorphic in coal quality,coal element and pore microscopic structure,through the measures of multivariate statistical analysis and main component analysis to do coupling relation analysis on multiple experimental data,that ascertained the weight of main influence factors such as coal sample moisture,volatile matter,carbon content,oxygen content and porosity in public part and then established a comprehensive analysis mathematical model by making dimensionless and simplified analysis on multiple parameters,to decision coal self-ignition tendency.The research result shows that the decision result and experimental result is consistent.This method avoid the errors in experimental process caused by human factors,improved the accuracy of the decision results and saved the time for decision of coal self-ignition tendency,and offer some basic data for the research of coal self-ignition tendency,so it have a conference on decision of silf-ignition tendency of coal.
