射流乳化后浮选药剂破乳情况研究

摘    要:为掌握射流乳化后浮选药剂的破乳规律,从而为确定射流乳化器在选煤工艺系统中的安装位置提供参考依据,利用自制水射流乳化器、金相显微镜和彩色图像计算机分析系统,对柴油经射流乳化后的破乳时间进行了研究。试验结果表明,柴油乳化后<20μm的油滴占其总体的97%,其平均破乳时间为42.3 s,从而得出射流乳化器的安装位置与浮选机加药点之间距离应在42 m之内的结论。

Abstract:In order to investigate the law of the emulsion breaking of the flotation reagent emulsified by jet emulsifier,thus provide basis for mounting position of jet emulsifier in coal washing system.Metallographic microscope and color computer image analysis system were used to analyze the time expend of emulsion breaking of the emulsified diesel made by jet.The results shows that-20μm emulsified droplets share 97% in all,the average breaking time for diesel’s emulsion is 42.3s,so that the mounting position of jet emulsifier should in the range of 42 meters between dosing point and the flotation machine.
