摘    要:本文从元器件制造工艺可靠性保障角度分析了元器件的质量与可靠性增长方法和技术,元器件的可靠性是设计进去制造出来的,在设计定型的情况下,工艺制造过程对其质量和可靠性的影响很大,最终产品的可靠性水平取决于工艺制造,应用REM、PCM和SPC等可靠性保障技术实现产品的高质量高可靠性和可重复性,是今后元器件研制和生产的必然趋势。

Abstract:Components quality and reliability growth by process technology assurance have been analysed in this paper. The reliability of components is been to be designed in and built-in. Under finalizing the design, process is significant for its quality and reliability, and the reliability level of production depends on process. Application of process technology assurance, such as REM, PCM and SPC, ensures the high reliability of high quality of products, it is the inevitable tendency of the components research and production in the future.
