| 摘 要： | 本文对可靠性工程中可靠性和故障的基本概念、可靠性参数指标体系等可靠性相关理论进行了简要介绍,并重点对可靠性试验进行了详细的分类和说明.由于可靠性试验直接影响到产品质量的好坏,因此可靠性试验是产品可靠性工作的重要组成部分.
