显示器防护玻璃表面处理技术

摘    要:采用酸溶液湿法腐蚀和镀制增透、保护膜层的方法,对某型仪表用显示器防护玻璃表面进行了工艺处理,使得表面反射率降低到2%以下,产品可见光波段平均透过率达到86%,表面硬度提高到7.0GPa。产品性能检测和试用情况表明,防护玻璃具有较好的防眩、增透和抗划伤的作用,使用效果良好。

Abstract:Display protective glasses of a certain type instrument were technically processed by use of wet etching with acid solution and AR protective coating method. The reflectivity of surface was reduced to 2% below, the average transmittance of products was 86% in visible light, and the hardness of surface was enhanced to 7.0 GPa. The products' performance testing and trials expressed that, the protective glasses have good anti-glare, antireflective, scratch-resistant process and good behaviors.
