| 摘 要： | 随着电力信息化建设的不断推进，用电营销管理在我国农电系统中得到迅速的普及和应用，为了摆脱电量数据的采集、传输环节上传统的手工抄表效率低下的困境，可以利用手持抄表器代替手工抄表。现提出了基于ARM7TDMI核的S3C44BOX微处理器芯片的手持抄表器的硬件系统设计方案，及其系统软件的实现。

| Abstract: | Since the advancing electrical informatization,the electrical marketing management has been(popular) and quickly applied in the rural power system.Considering the worse efficiency in the course of(collecting) the watthour meters data and transporting with the traditional manual reading meters,the handheld reading meter device is used to replace the manual.In this thesis,the hardware of the handheld reading meter device by using the S3C44B0X microprocessor which is based on the kernel of ARM7TDMI is designed,and the relevant software is realized. |
