| 摘 要： | 美军训练转型是美军军事训练为适应信息化战争样式所做的的一次重大调整,其中知识管理理论的实践对有效加快其转型发挥了很大作用,这对我军装备管理模式的创新提供了很好的借鉴。在分析美军训练转型基本情况和主要做法的基础上,总结了其在转型过程中知识管理的应用及特点,并以此为基础,提出加快我军装备知识管理建设的对策和建议,以期为我军的装备知识管理提供一定的理论指导及实践参考。 |

| Abstract: | America military transformation is an important adjustment to adapt to the information warefare in military training field.Among these practices,knowledge management plays a great role in accelerating the transformation.The transformation of America army offers good examples for innovating the model of the military equipment management.This article sums up the implementations and characteristics of knowledge management on the basis of analyzing the practice of America military transformation,and then puts forword countermeasures and suggestions of the weapon equipment knowledge management to offer theoretical and practical references. |
