综合型情报侦察系统的效能评估体系

摘    要:综合型情报侦察系统结构复杂,多层次、立体化,具有广阔的应用前景,但目前缺少一 个比较完善可信的针对综合型情报侦察系统的效能评估体系。而传统的效能评估方法涉及面 窄,结构单一,不能用于评估复杂的综合型情报侦察系统。为了解决以上问题,在分析已有 效能评估体系的基础上,结合综合型情报侦察系统的特点,建立了一个高效全面的评估体系 ,用于指导和规范综合型情报侦察系统的效能评估工作,有效地提高了系统的综合作战能力 。

Abstract:Synthetic reconnaissance and information system will be widely used be cause of the complicated architecture, multi-level, and diversification. However , a perfect and credible effectiveness evaluation architecture is desirable for synth etic reconnaissance and information system. The conventional effectiveness evalu ation methods involve less contents and single structure, which may not be utilized t o evaluate the complicated synthetic reconnaissance and information system. In o rder to address such problem, the classical effectiveness evaluation architectur e and the features of synthetic reconnaissance and information system are analysed. A n efficient and comprehensive evaluation architecture is proposed to guide and s pecify the effectiveness evaluation of synthetic reconnaissance and information syste m, which improves the combat capability of synthetic reconnaissance and informat ion system efficiently.
