Abstract:This paper proposed a theory which recognises,tracks and positions the aircrafts and other moving targets by use of graviation wave.At the same time,the principle of gravitation wave communication and possible technique version arc discussed.Finally,the principle of gravitation wave communication transmiting,receiving and amplifier are described in this paper.
