| 摘 要： | 介绍信息化社会的浪潮对我国的深刻影响。加速我国都市信息港的建设，是我国实现四个现代化建设的迫切需要。信息化技术的开发和应用是增强我国综合国和的有效手段。以成都市为例，提出都市信息港建设的框架结构。
