摘    要:通过对光学设计和结构设计中数据转换方法的研究,开发了Zernike多项式拟合以及栅格像素点拟合两种光机数据转换接口,并将其与有限元仿真软件Natrans和光学设计软件CODE V进行集成,建立了光机一体化仿真系统,实现了光机一体化仿真过程中学科之间的数据交互。通过在实际光电产品应用测试,光机一体化仿真系统完成了机械结构与光学系统之间的数据转换,同时提高了设计效率,验证了本系统所开发的光机数据转换接口正确性与高效性。

Abstract:The data exchange method in optical design and structural design was studied.Two kinds of interfaces for data exchanging between optical and mechanical software were proposed based on Zernike polynomial fitting and lattice interpolationand a multi-disciplinary simulation platform was built up with its software implemented.The application in the development of photoelectric devices shows that the data exchanging can be made precisely and efficientlyand the platform can finish the integrated simulation rapidly.Thus the feasibility and effectiveness of the data exchange interfaces were verified.
