摘    要:在采用轴快流 CO2 激光器进行激光切割过程中 ,保证工作气体压力工作在最佳状态并保持其恒定 ,是激光器输出连续、稳定功率的必要条件和关键技术之一。本文采用带积分分离的智能 PID控制算法对工作气体压力进行调节。该过程控制算法简单实用 ,实验证明有效地提高了气体压力控制精度 ,改善功率控制精度和稳定性

Abstract:In industrial laser processing,there are many factors to affect the quality such as laser mode, power density,stability of the power and so on. In laser cutting,the fastflow axis CO 2 laser is often used because of its good laser beam quality.Keeping the working gas at optimal point and keeping its stability is the key problem of stability of laser power. This paper applies PID with intelligent integral separation to adjust the pressure of the working gas. With this simple and practical algorithm,the gas control precision is improved. Ultimately,the power precision and stability can be ensured. All above is verified by the experiments.
