摘    要:利用 3kW连续波快速轴流CO2 激光器和送粉式激光熔覆技术在碳钢表面进行了制备原位自生TiC颗粒强化Ni基合金复合涂层的研究。实验结果表明 :涂层以外延生长的方式生长 ,与基体呈良好的冶金结合 ,涂层宏观质量完好 ,无裂纹。涂层组织由γ -奥氏体枝晶、CrB、Ni3 B、M2 3 C6和TiC组成。从熔覆层底部到顶部显微硬度逐渐增大 ,最大可达HV0 .2 1 2 0 0 ,是基材显微硬度的 5倍

Abstract:An in-situ TiC particles reinforced composite coating has been successfully produced using a 3 kW continuous wave CO2O3 laser. The experiment result showed that the coating epitaxially grew from the substrate, excellent bonding between the coating and the carbon steel substrate was ensured by the strong metallurgical interface. The coating is uniform, continuous and free from cracks. The microstructure of the coating was mainly composed of γ-Ni dendrite, a small amount of CrB, Ni 3B, M 2 3C 6 and dispersed TiC particles. The microhardness gradually increased from the bottom to the top of the coating, and the maximum was more than HV 0 . 21200, which was 5 times larger than that of the substrate.
