| 摘 要： | 网络管理是保证通信网络充分有效地利用各种资源和保持网络可靠运行的重要手段。近年来随着各种通信网络的出现,网络管理的技术发展迅速,本文就网络管理的目标、实现、范围,以及在电信管理网（TMN）框架下的网络管理和新的动向等作一简要的探讨。
