| 摘 要： | 针对微波功率放大器使用中的安全,在对中功率放大器可能产生失配原因及失配机理进行分析的基础上,确立负载失配时需要保护的器件、参数以及由保护电路的响应时间决定的操作时序。提出保护电路的基本模块、保护电路的实现形式及需要解决的关键技术,并通过实际电路的应用,来验证设计方法的可行性。
