基于多功能传感器的测量系统设计

设计了一种多功能传感器测量系统。该系统适配多种数据传输接口,由单片机采集温湿度、烟雾、水浸等传感器数据,并对数据进行拟合处理,结合多种灵活的通信协议以及串口/RS485协议,通过液晶(LCD)和电脑终端(PC)显示结果。此系统可作为数据机房的监控单元,实现对数据中心设备环境的温湿度、烟雾等数据的实时检测,确保设备的正常运行。运维人员也可通过远程网络监控机房环境数据,及时应对突发情况,保证机房系统的安全运行。

Design of Measurement System Based on Multi-Functional Sensor

This paper designs a multi-functional sensor measurement system.The system adapts to a variety of data transmission interfaces.The temperature and humidity,smoke,water immersion and other sensor data are collected by single chip microcomputer,and the data are processed by fitting.Combined with a variety of flexible communication protocols and serial port/RS485 protocol,the results are displayed through LCD and PC.The real-time detection of temperature,humidity,smoke and other data of the equipment environment in the data center are realized to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.The operation and maintenance personnel can also monitor the environmental data of the computer room through the remote network to deal with emergencies in time and ensure the safe operation of the computer room system.
