霍尔传感器在电动卷帘门的应用

摘    要:提出了一种利用霍尔传感器实现电子定位以提高电动卷帘门的定位精度和稳定性的方法。该方法采用霍尔传感器、单片机、EEPROM,结合可靠的掉电检测,通过存储霍尔传感器发出的位置和方向信息实现高可靠数字化电子定位方法。工程实践应用表明,该方法定位精度高,重复性好,能较好地满足电动卷帘门对定位精度和稳定性的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, an electronic location method is presented for improving location precision and stability of electric leaf folding doors. Through MCU, EEPROM and power-fail detect technology, the system can get digital position data and direction data from hall sensor, and realize reliable electronic location. Engineering practices show that the design has property of high precision and well repeatability, and it suits the requirement of electric leaf folding doors.
