摘    要:简要介绍了滤波器的理论基础,并在理论计算与分析的基础上,使用射频/微波仿真软件ADS设计了一种射频高通滤波器。在带外低频引入4个传输零点,使其能有效抑制零点频率附近的杂波干扰,提高通信系统的抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明在通频带内,驻波比≤1.5,插入损耗≤0.5 dB,带外抑制≥25 dB(DC~650 MHz)。比较了理论设计与使用仿真软件设计的区别,理论计算繁琐、复杂,而仿真软件设计简单、高效、快速、调谐方便,此方法可用于其他射频滤波器的设计。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduces the basic theory of filter, a RF high-pass filter is designed by using radio-frequency/microwave software which is named ADS on the basis of theoretical calculations and analysis, four additional transmission zeros are imported beyond the pass-band, which can effectively suppress the frequency interference near the zero points, and improve the anti-jamming capability of the communication system. The results of RF high-pass filter show the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 1.5, and the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB within its pass band. Its inhibition is greater than 25 dB between DC and 650 MHz. Compared the difference between the theoretical design and the design by using simulation software, it show the theoretical calculation is tedious and complex, and use the simulation software to design is simple, high efficient, fast and convenient to tune. The method can be used to design other RF filter.
