| 摘 要： | 为适应于光通信网络发展的需要,业界已开发出可调谐半导体激光器,光功能的高效率集成封装可提高耦合效率,还可减少成本。文章介绍了几种集成式可调谐半导体激光器及其封装技术。指出可调谐激光器的发展趋势是集成化和模块化。
