不同粘合剂对水杨醛类席夫碱涂层的发射率和热致变色性能的影响研究

摘    要:用溶液法合成了3种不同结构的水杨醛类席夫碱填料,并分别与2种粘合剂丙烯酸(AAS)和环氧树脂(EP)通过喷涂法制备出6种涂层;为了研究粘合剂AAS和EP对水杨醛类席夫碱涂层的发射率和热致变色性能的影响,我们通过红外光谱仪和紫外-可见光谱仪表征水杨醛类席夫碱填料微观结构;TG-DSC表征填料稳定性;并分别测量了20~240℃范围内填料和涂层的热致变色情况以及在3~5?m和8~14?m波段的红外发射率。结果表明,两种粘合剂的加入对热致变色几乎没有影响。EP与填料形成的涂层更接近填料的发射率。综合考虑发射率和热致变色两个因素,EP更适合作为粘合剂与水杨醛席夫碱类填料形成热致变色涂层。

Abstract:In this paper,three kinds of salicylaldehyde Schiff-base fillers with different structures were synthesized via a solution synthesis method,and six kinds of coatings were prepared by spray-coating the fillers with two kinds of adhesive acrylics(AAS)and epoxy resin(EP)respectively.In order to study the effects of adhesives on emissivity and thermochromic properties of salicylaldehyde Schiff base coatings,the microstructures of salicylaldehyde Schiff base fillers were characterized using IR and UV.TG-DSC was used to characterize the stability of the fillers.The thermochromism properties and infrared emissivity at 3-5μm and 8-14μm of the fillers and coatings were measured at 20-40℃.The results show that the addition of the two kinds of adhesives barely affects the thermochromism properties.The infrared emissivity of the coating constructed by EP is closer to that of the fillers.Apparently,EP is a more suitable binder to form coatings with salicylaldehyde Schiff base fillers by considering both emissivity and thermochromism.
