微通道板防离子反馈膜性能的研究

摘    要:介绍了微通道板(MCP)防离子反馈膜在三代微光象增强器中的作用,测量了防离子反馈膜的电子透过特性和离子透过特性,比较了用带膜MCP做成的二代薄片管和不带膜的MCP做成的二代薄片管的脉冲幅度分布、寿命和阴极灵敏度衰减。实验发现,非晶态Al2O3防离子反馈膜能有效地透过电子,阻止反馈离子,降低闪烁噪声,延缓阴极灵敏度衰减,延长象管工作寿命。

Abstract:Ion barrier film at MCP input of third generation image intensifier was introduced.Its characteristic of electron transnission and ion transmission were measured.A comparison was made between pulse height distribution,lifetime and decrease of photocathode senstivity of second generation wafer tubes with filmed and unfilmed MCP.Results of the experiment shows that amorphous Al 2O 3 ion barrier film is characterized by high electron transmission,ion feedback prevention,low scintillating noise,high photocathode sensitivity and long lifetime.
