激光对CCD相机Binning模式下饱和干扰效果仿真研究

在分析CCD相机成像原理基础上,讨论了CCD相机Binning模式下成像特点和规律,建立了激光对CCD相机Binning模式下饱和干扰的理论模型,并与一般模式下CCD相机的激光干扰效果作了对比。开展了加窄带滤光片的CCD相机成像实验,在此基础上以一般模式下的实拍图像为基础,采用Matlab仿真验证了Binning模式下的图像增强效果,并加载人工激光光斑,获得了激光对CCD相机Binning模式饱和干扰的仿真结果,对激光对多光谱相机干扰机理和干扰评估研究具有一定参考作用。

Simulation study on laser saturation disturbing to CCD camera in the Binning mode

On the basis of the CCD camera imaging principle,the CCD camera imaging characteristics and principle were discussed,and the theory model about laser saturation disturbing to CCD in the binning mode was built. The laser interference effects to CCD camera in the Binning mode and in the normal mode were contrasted. Based on the CCD camera imaging experiment with the narrowband filter in the normal mode,the image enhancement effect in the binning mode was simulated and verified by Matlab software,and the simulation results of laser saturation disturbing to CCD camera in the binning mode are obtained by loading the man-made laser facula,which has a certain reference for the research about the laser disturbing principle and the disturbing evaluation to the multi-spectrum camera.
