玻璃钢平底洞缺陷试件红外热波检测方法

摘    要:采用主动式红外检测技术,用闪光灯脉冲热源加热试件,来研究试件材料的均匀性和 内部结构信息。介绍了红外热波检测原理,并用玻璃钢平底洞试件验证了热波理论。通过对热图序列和温度- 时间关系曲线的分析检验了热波的单向测厚方法。

Abstract:Using an active infrared testing technology and flash lamp to heat the sample, we do researches on the material properties and interior structural information. In this paper it gives the introduction of thermalwave testing prin-ciple, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic flat bottom hole sample proves the thermal wave theory. The analysis of thermal sequence images and temperature-time curves present the thermal chromatography and its practical one2way thicknessmeasurement.
