| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了用双光子吸收方法实现光存储的物理机制,并利用飞秒激光在光致抗蚀剂薄膜上进行双光子存储实验,测定了光致抗蚀的双光子激光阈值和损伤阈值,记录了点数据存储图。
