摘    要:本文主要讨论了增强预燃灯泵染料激光器,给出了激光器的输出特性和频率特性。在光敏作用照射治癌试验研究中,我们取得了很好的试验结果和有用的数据。

Abstract:Scrota of male mouse diveded into two groups were respectively irradiated by He Ne laser of two different powers,the testis were taken for observation with optical microscope and electron microscope.The laser powers for the experiment were 20 and 75 times as the largest one for clinical treatment.The results show irregular and loose spermatogenic epithelium of testis irradiated didn't appear and no obvious damage was found in the ultrastructure of various seminiferous cells,spermatozoa,sertoli cells and leydig cells.The study indicates the two powers of He Ne laser for the experiment hadn't influence on the proliferation of spermatogenic cells and on secretion of androgenic hormones.It was suggested that the He Ne laser powers for clinical treatment are safe,it would not able to cause the spermatogenic cells damage and sex function change of the patients.
