铜蒸气激光器中高压大功率脉冲变压器的研制

摘    要:为了实现铜蒸气激光器电源的小型化,采用高压大功率脉冲变压器对储能电容进行开关脉冲充电的电路拓扑,通过建立设计和输出模型,采用铁基超微晶材料,研制了高压大功率脉冲变压器,在14kHz下实现了13kV的充电电压,传输功率超过2.3kW。通过控制IGBT的触发脉宽,可实现输出电压和功率的调节。

Development of high-voltage high-power pulse transformer for copper vapor laser

Abstract:A circuit topology of pulse charging of storage capacitor with high - voltage and high - power pulse transformer was adopted for miniaturizing the power supply of copper vapor laser. The high - voltage and high - power transformer has been developed using material of Fe - based nanocrystanine. And the design code was educed. A 13kV charged voltage with transferred 2.3kW power was realized at 14kHz repetition rate with this transformer, The output voltage, and thereby the output power can be regulated by control the IGBT trigger pulse width.
